CAE calculations - strength calculations

Not only does a machine have to be easy on the eye, all parts have to be engineered for optimal strength and capacity. All proportions have to be good to ultimately get a robust machine. To achieve this, we use CAE software (Solidworks) for a simulation and visualisation of all the material properties. Even so, all our engineers also use their horse sense when designing, so we have a strong mix of man and machine.
