Drying belts

On a drying belt we place a (pre-)mixed product on a link chain conveyor, that can be up to 2,5 m wide and 25 m long. We construct multipile stories of drying belts. Because of our long expertise in conveyor belts we are able to construct these drying belts very well.

On the output of the drying belts we produce a dried grain that is adjustable in size by using an in-line cutting module, and adjustable in dry matter % by adjusting the belt speeds and input.

The entire installation - air speed, air volume, installed power is calculated and engineered at Spiessens.
