Industrial dryer

In industrial dryers a fluid is dried to grains. This is a 2 phase process:

First we dry the thin liquid input product to a viscous mass. This intermediate product is just pumpable.

In a second phase this thick mush is mixed with already dry product and fed to a drying belt or fluid bed dryer. The resulting end product can contain up to 90% Dry Mass.

In both phases we use the principle of hot air absorbing water as it cools, thus evaporating a maximal amount of fluid with a minimal amount of input energy.

As energy source we frequently use the heat from a cogeneration installation, and can have the added benefit of heat certificates.

We can also stop the process after the first phase, thus achieving an optimal balance between costs and profits.
