De-stoner

To pick the heavy elements out of a product flow, we constructed two different machines:

The first type is a cyclone fed with a large water flow where the water pressure and centrifugal force force the heavier elements down the cone, and allow the lighter elements to pass through.

The second type consists of two conveyor belts lined up with a set distance between them. The water flow enables the lighter products to cross this distance, while the heavy products fall between the belts, and are transported away.
