Dry RBA processing line

Different material streams are created in the shredding process in the scrap sector. In this dry RBA processing line different processes are used to validate the valuable and economically interesting materials that are still in the dedusting fraction.

The coarse fraction can be separated by making use of sieve discs. The smaller fractions can be sieved with a sieve table. These process steps are needed to make the product ready for further finishing operations.

Finishing processes for the mixed products consist of eddy current separation, and sensor separations. Optionally, a Z-box air separator can also be added. To control flying dust, the separator units are connected to a central dedusting installation.

The residual fraction which is referred to as sieve sand is transported by means of a conveying system to the disposal containers.
