Chain belt

In a chain belt we use plastic or metal modules with traction wheels moving these modules.

Advantages:

• Small drive pulley, large power nonetheless
• Limited construction height
• Perforated links for liquid and air pass-through
• Curved belts possible
• Belt stays aligned
• Modules with low friction or special profile

Applications:

• Food
• Drying installations
• Blanching installations
• Elevators for sticky products
• Non-linear transport trajectories
