Sorting
Sorting is a crucial step in the processing procedure. This is where impurities, non-conforming products and product classes are separated. Besides guaranteeing the highest product quality, sorting also ensures a smooth and efficient productflow.

Manual and automatic
Sorting can be done manually and automatically (optical sorter, etc.) on an outfeed conveyor. We integrate/channelise the product flows.
We can also integrate the inspection device and design a separating device ourselves (e.g. integration of a metal detector on a left/right belt or with a pneumatically operated valve).
In addition, the customer can also choose to mechanically separate by dimensions (e.g. vibrator to remove ice and dispose of oversized parts).
